Instructions
Prechill ice cube trays in the freezer.
Melt chocolate and copha together in a microwave safe jug. Stir every 30 seconds until melted.
Crush peanuts.
Sprinkle some peanuts in the base of the ice cube trays. Pour in enough melted chocolate to cover. Tap on the bench to remove bubbles.
Spoon in a dollop of Nutella into each cube.
Push a hazelnut into the Nutella.
Add another layer of chocolate, tap again to remove buvvles and even out layer.
Top with more crushed nuts.
Set aside in the freezer for approx 30 minutes or until set.
