Instructions
Brown/ sear chicken well in pan. Add to slow cooker bowl.
Add cream cheese and stir for 2-3 minutes as it melts to coat the chicken. Add cooking cream and stir.
Cover and use a tea towel under the slow cooker lid to catch condensation.
Cook on HIGH for 1hr 15minutes. Add spinach and stir through until wilted.
