  1. Preheat oven to 180 c.
  2. Line 1 non-stick muffin holes with paper cases.
  3. Sift flour, cinnamon and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl. Stir in sugar.
  4. Add oil, eggs, pecans, banana and pineapple to flour mixture. Mix well.
  5. Divide mixture between paper cases.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into a cupcake comes out clean.
