  1. Put all ingredients but the cheese into the micropressure cooker, cook for 20 minutes at 900 watts
  2. Then in the UltraPro layer mince mixture and 2 enchilada wraps side by side.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the above.
  4. Once you finish all mince mixture the top layer needs to be the wraps cover a generous amount of sour cream then top with grated cheese.
  5. Put in the oven on high until brown.
