Sesame and Ginger Dressing
Instructions
  1. Steam the cauliflower, carrots and the broccoli over boiling water for 5-6 minutes or until tender, refresh in cold water if you like. Combine with the cabbage and tomatoes.
  2. Place all the dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined.
  3. Add the dressing to the vegetables and toss to combine.
  4. Serve with crunchy noodles. Garnish with chopped peanuts or sliced shallots.
Recipe Notes

– This salad can be made in advance. Just cover and chill until serving time. However, just do not add the noodles and peanuts until ready to serve.
