tablespoon
Coconut Oil

Instructions
Line a loaf pan with baking paper and set aside.
Soak dates in boiling water for 15 minutes then drain.
Blitz dates until broken down.
Add remaining ingredients and blitz until well combined.
Press firmly and evenly into pan and pop in the freezer to set.
Once set, slice into 9 bars and enjoy.
Keep stored in freezer.
