Ingredients

Parmesan Cheese
grated

Plain Flour
2
tablespoons
Olive Oil
pinch
Salt and Pepper
pinch
Chilli Flakes

Fennel Seeds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Place your baking sheet onto a tray into the oven to allow it to heat up.
In a bowl add grated parmesan, flour, oil and salt and mix to combine.
Using your finger tips gently crumble the cheese mix to ensure there are no lumps.
Spoon mix onto your hot baking sheet and press down to flatten to make a thin circle.
Place into the oven for 8-10 minutes then gently flip each wafer, bake for a further 2-3 minutes.
Wafers should be lightly golden (careful not to overcook. The parmesan will go bitter if you do)
Allow to cool slightly then move to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
Repeat with remaining mixture.
