Desiccated Coconut
or use more oats if you don’t like coconut

Peanut Butter

Honey

Chia Seeds

Vanilla Extract

Instructions
Soften peanut butter. If not using runny honey then soften that too.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Roll out into balls and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour or keep in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
