Ingredients

Red Capsicum

Olive Oil

Garlic Clove
crushed

Salt
Instructions
Cut Capsicums into quarters and remove the seeds.
Place into slow cooker, drizzle with a little olive oil, about a tablespoon or so.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
Remove skins while hot.
