Instructions
Place 8 strawberries in the base of a processor and, with lemon press, squeeze lemon juice over strawberries; whizz to puree.
Add yoghurt and pudding mix to processor and mix until smooth and thickened.
Pour mixture into medium bowl, and fold in whipped cream.
Chill until serving time.
Slice remaining strawberries and place into a bowl, reserve.
Garnish with additional whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
