Add tea bags to the water and seep for 5 minutes, remove and discard. Add fruit and sugar and leave to soak for 15 minutes.
Add self raising flour and mix until combined. Pour into a pan and place into the base of your slow cooker. Cook high for 1 1/2 hours until skewer inserted comes out dry.
Enjoy with butter.

Use what ever tea and what ever fruit you like, the flavours change depending on what you use.
You can bake this in the oven, cook at 180 degrees C fan forced for 30 minutes.
