Yoghurt

Lemon Juice
Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the oregano and cook for 1-2 minutes or until crisp.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Place the yoghurt, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Top with the oregano leaves to serve.
