Instructions
Lay a piece or bacon on a board, top with steak, cream cheese and spinach. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
In a slow cooker, add the potato ingredients to the bowl, leaving out the cheese. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
After 2 hours, Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes. Add steak roll ups on top of the potatoes, on top of foil.
Cook again for remainder of time, checking after 1 1/2 hours.
