Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and cook meat until browned. Set aside.
Add onion and mushrooms to pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste and return meat. Add sour cream and beef stock.
Heat through.
Serve with rice and fresh bread.
