  1. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, garlic, spring onion and pizza sauce with a good massage.
  2. Press the mince into balls of approx. 2 tbsp.
  3. Roll the bacon strip around the circumference and secure with a toothpick. Press the mignon down to flatten slightly.
  4. Place onto a lined baking tray and into a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove toothpicks once cooked.
  5. Rinse the bok choy well and place into a steamer basket for 5 minutes. Drizzle over a splash of sesame oil.
  6. Place bok choy onto serving platter and top with the mini mignon.
