  1. Preheat oven to 200c. Spray baking trays with cooking oil.
  2. Sift flour, icing sugar and rub in butter and cheese. Add milk and then stir in water to mix into soft dough.
  3. Knead well on floured surface. Roll out and cut into shapes and place on baking trays.
  4. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
