Instructions
Slice bottom of potatoes so they sit flat on oven tray.
Cut slits into potatoes 3/4 of the way through.
Place in cold water, dry, drain and the brush oil.
Bake in moderate 180c oven for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with butter and cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes extra.
