Instructions
Spatchcock a whole chicken and place on your barbecue grill, away from the heat source.
Using a smoker box, smoke the chicken at 110 degrees C to achieve 75 degrees C or to taste.
To make the sauce combine all ingredients and blend well.
Use as a marinade, baste or as a dipping sauce. Store in an airtight container.
Smother the chicken in the white barbecue sauce and serve with your favourite side dishes such as pickles, coleslaw, potato salad or broccoli salad.
