Process the flour and butter in a food processor until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add enough milk to form a soft dough. Knead gently on a lightly floured surface and then roll to form a 40 cm x 25 cm rectangle.
Spread the cream cheese over the dough, top with bacon and spring onions. Roll up along the long side to enclose the filling. Cut 10 x 4 cm pieces from the roll and place close together, cut side up on a greased baking tray.
Sprinkle with the tasty cheese and bake in a pre-heated 220 degrees C oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked and golden.
