Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease 4 x 3/4 cup (190mL) capacity ovenproof dishes.
Place Soy Creamy Cooking Milk, vanilla essence and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir until hot but not boiling; whisk in eggs.
Sprinkle sultanas over base of prepared dishes. Pour custard over sultanas. Place dishes in a baking pan, pour enough boiling water to come halfway up sides of dishes; bake 25 minutes or until just set.
Sprinkle almonds and extra sugar evenly over top, place under hot grill until golden.
