Instructions
Using a large serrated knife, cut bread in half horizontally. Place both halves, cut side up, on an oven tray.
Combine oil and garlic in a small bowl. Brush evenly over bread halves. Sprinkle with combined salt, herbs, seeds and parmesan.
Cook in a moderate oven, 180 degrees C, for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Serve warm bread cut into fingers.
