White Sugar

Water

Gelatine Powder

Cold Water

Vanilla Extract
or Vanilla Bean Paste
Instructions
Dissolve the gelatine with the 8 tablespoons cold water in a bowl and let sit.
In a saucepan on low heat, dissolve sugar with half cup water. Brush down sides of saucepan.
Once dissolved, add gelatine mix and bring to boil.
Take off heat and rest in a bowl until luke warm.
Transfer to your mixer and beat on high for 12-14 minutes until fluffy and white.
Pour into a greased and lined pan, or pip into your own creations.
