Combine cereal, flour, sugar, coconut and sultanas in a large mixing bowl.
Melt butter with honey in a small saucepan. Pour over dry ingredients. Add eggs, stirring until mixture is moist.
Place heaped tablespoons of mixture onto baking tray, allowing room between each. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Place cookies on a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.
