Sweet Potatoes
scrubbed

Margarine

Orange Juice

Honey
Instructions
Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling, lightly salted water until just tender. Drain. Peel half of each potato lengthwise.
Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in dish.
Heat together margarine, orange juice and honey. Spoon over the potatoes and bake at 200c for 15 to 20 minutes.
