Stir until sugar dissolves, adjusting the balance as you like.
Pour into popsicle moulds, adding a wooden pop stick if needed.
For an all-in-one snack, coat with finely chopped nuts just as you are serving, and even add a few shavings of bitter chocolate to the nut mix as well.
