Ingredients

Self Raising Flour

Caster Sugar

Thickened Cream

Soda Water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200c fan-forced.
Combine flour, sugar, 1/2 cup cream and soda in a large bowl. Mix to a soft dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured board.
Knead gently until smooth. Roll out to 2 cm thickness and cut rounds with 6cm cutter. Knead remaining dough and repeat until all dough is used.
Place scones close together on baking tray and brush with a little cream. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
