Haloumi

Moroccan Seasoning
Instructions
Place sweet potato in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes or until just softened.
Toss lamb, haloumi and sweet potato in Moroccan seasoning then thread a piece of each onto a toothpick or onto skewers.
Place on a pre-heated BBQ char-grill plate and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side. Serve hot.
