  1. Boil white quinoa for 12 minutes. Allow it to cool then whisk it up in a bowl with the plain flour, milk, beaten egg, 2 tablespoons water, pinch of salt and pinch sugar. Fry it in a drop of olive oil until the pancake is golden on each side.
  2. Serve up, then pour over the orange honey, sprinkle the cinnamon and top with berries of your choice.
