Boil white quinoa for 12 minutes. Allow it to cool then whisk it up in a bowl with the plain flour, milk, beaten egg, 2 tablespoons water, pinch of salt and pinch sugar. Fry it in a drop of olive oil until the pancake is golden on each side.
Serve up, then pour over the orange honey, sprinkle the cinnamon and top with berries of your choice.
