Ingredients

Oatmeal
Quick Oats

Peanut Butter

Coconut Cream
or Milk

tablespoons
Honey
Instructions
Open a pack or can of coconut cream, Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Add honey and mix well.
Add peanut butter and mix everything together with a spoon.
Add oats and mix well. You may need to mix with your hands.
Flatten to mix into a slice pan.
Chill in the fridge overnight or at a minimum 2 hours. Cut into bars.
