Mushrooms
Instructions
Heat oil, brown steak, onions until soft. Add beans, carrots and capsicum. Cook for 5 minutes.
Blend cornflour with soy sauce and stock. Pour over steak.
Add mushrooms, stir, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.
Serve on rice or noodles.
