Combine sugar and water in a small pan. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool sugar syrup to room temperature.
Combine vodka, lychee juice drink, peach liqueur, lemon and cranberry juices, rosewater essence and sugar syrup in a large jug. Refrigerate until cold.
To serve, pour mixture into cocktail glasses and decorate with a pink rose petal.
Recipe Notes
For a change, pour 2 tblsps of cocktail mixture into champagne flutes and top with either pink or white sparkling wine.
