Place nuts in a frying pan. Cook, stirring, over a medium heat until lightly toasted.
Place ice-cream in a large bowl. Allow to slightly soften. Stir in nuts, peanut butter and Choc Bits.
Divide ice-cream mixture among 10 dishes. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
To make chocolate sauce, stir chocolate and cream in a saucepan over a low heat until smooth.
To make caramel sauce, place all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over a medium heat until combined. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, or until thick.
To serve, hold sides of dishes under hot water for a few seconds. Invert onto serving plates.
Serve ice-cream with warm sauces and sliced strawberries.
