Toast pine nuts on a baking sheet in the microwave for 2 minutes checking regularly.
Rise basil and place into a blender, then cover with remaining ingredients, excluding the chicken, and blend a little until chopped to desired pesto consistency.
Line steaming section of your steamer with baking paper. Place chicken on baking paper and spread pesto over top, fold in edges and steam chicken for approx. 18 minutes.
Serve with cooked pasta. Toss through chicken adding chopped sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, etc.
