Heat oil and garlic in a wok; add pork in batches, stir-fry until tender. Remove pork from wok. Add onion, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add snow peas, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Return pork to wok with nectarines and combined homey and sauces; stir-fry for 1 minute, or until heated through.
