Brush each pizza base with the pesto and place on a non-stick tray.
Arrange the Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini pieces and Prosciutto on the pizza base. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Place in the oven and bake for 7 minutes, or until the bases are crisp and golden, and the cheese has melted. Top with rocket leaves, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
