  1. Into a stockpot place chopped pumpkin, onion, carrots, parsley flakes, stock cubes, seasoned salt.
  2. Cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer until all ingredients well cooked.
  3. Then mash or bar mix until smooth. Add cream, stir well and serve with crusty bread.
