Custard Yoghurt

Almond Meal

Self Raising Flour

Raspberries
sliced Apples or Banana for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c or 160c fan forced. Lightly grease 12 hole muffin pan.
Beat together butter and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in one egg at a time. Stir in milk and yoghurt.
Lightly fold in almond meal and flour until just combined. Spoon mixture into muffin pans and top with your favourite fruits.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked.
