Instructions
Dry skin of the pork, Salt skin. Place into Tupperware Ultra Pro.
Microwave skin side up for 20 mins with cover on.
Place into the oven for 40 minutes 200 degrees C with the cover off.
Take pork out and place onto a chopping board.
Add flour to the juices, in the Ultra Pro. Whisk, microwave for 30 seconds.
Cut crackle off and carve meat.
Serve with gravy and vegetables.
