plus extra, for brushing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c. Put all ingredients except the milk in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Add about 1 cup of milk and mix.
Once dough comes together, knead lightly and pat out to about 3.5 cm high.
Use a cutter or glass to cut into circles.
Put scones on greased oven tray, brush tops with extra milk and bake for 20 minutes.
