Instructions
Alternate potatoes and onions in a greased casserole dish.
In a jug, mix cream, milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes and onions, top with cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake on medium-high for 10 minutes.
Remove lid and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is golden.
