Instructions
Cream butter and sifted icing sugar until light and fluffy add sifted flours and salt and combine well.
Knead onto a floured surface.
Shape into rolls and wrap into plastic wrap. Refrigerate over night.
Cut into slices and place on baking trays lined with baking paper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in a moderate (180c) oven.
