  1. Cream butter and sifted icing sugar until light and fluffy add sifted flours and salt and combine well.
  2. Knead onto a floured surface.
  3. Shape into rolls and wrap into plastic wrap. Refrigerate over night.
  4. Cut into slices and place on baking trays lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a moderate (180c) oven.
