Instructions
Before you start cooking, prepare the garnishes first. E.G. Slice onions, spring onions and chilli.
Then grill mushrooms on both sides marinated with cooking oil, teaspoon soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder.
White the mushrooms are grilling, add ginger, remaining five spice powder and sesame oil in a saucepan.
Cook 2 minute noodles according to the packet instructions in the same saucepan.
Add prepared garnishes and sliced mushrooms and serve immediately.
