Strawberries
tops removed and cut in half

Strawberry Jam

tablespoon
Butter
melted
pinch
Sugar
Instructions
Cut pastry sheets into six.
Spread a small amount of jam on the middle of each square. Place a strawberry half in the middle of each.
On half of the pastry sheets, cut a heart shape out of the middles and then put one on each of the tarts.
Brush with a little butter and sprinkle with a little sugar and press all sides down with a fork.
Bake until pastry is golden.
Serve with cream.
