Instructions
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan, add veal and cook until lightly browned and tender. Remove veal.
Add onion, add cook, stirring until soft. Add Marsala, mushrooms, blended cornflour, water and stock cube.
Stir over heat until the mixture boils and thickens. Stir in the chives. Return veal to the pan and heat through.
