4 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 cup Beer
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/8 tablespoon Garlic Powder
Dash Tabasco Sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Ham, diced
1. Beat cheese with a mixer. Add beer gradually. Mix until fluffy.
2. Add worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic and tabasco. Beat well. Melt mixture in fondue pot on stove.
3. Blend cornstarch and water; stir into cheese mixture.
4. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
