- 700 grams Chicken Breast Cubed
- 2 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 25-30 grams Corn Flour

- 800 grams White Potatoes cut into Chips
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 Red Capsicum chopped
- 1 Green Capsicum chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 20 grams Honey

Instructions
- Combine potatoes, 1 teaspoons each of pepper, garlic, paprika and olive oil. Bake the fries in the oven for 25mins at 210C or Air Fry for 12-15mins at 210C
- Combine chicken, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder and cornflour. Cook in pan for 8-10 minutes, until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add onions and capsicum to pan, with 1 teaspoon each of pepper, garlic, paprika, olive oil and 20 grams honey. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chips to pan and combine with green onion. Mix up.
- Serve with chicken on the side.
