- 1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Icing Sugar
- 30 grams Butter
- 1/3 cup Cheese grated
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 30 grams Butter extra
- 2/3 cups Cheese extra grated

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200c. Spray baking trays with cooking oil.
- Sift flour, icing sugar and rub in butter and cheese. Add milk and then stir in water to mix into soft dough.
- Knead well on floured surface. Roll out and cut into shapes and place on baking trays.
- Brush with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
