Ingredients: 

3 tablespoons Wholemeal Plain Flour

1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 tablespoon Coconut Sugar

1/2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

1 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Chips

1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

3 tablespoons Skim Milk

Method: 
  1. Mix all together in a large mug.
  2. Cook in the microwave on high for 1.45 - 2 minutes until all ingredients have combined well.
  3. Enjoy.
