- 3 Oranges
- 4 Eggs
- 8 Medjool Dates pitted and chopped, 150g
- 3 cups Almond Meal 330g
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder 5g
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder 2g

Instructions
- Slice 1 orange. Line cake tin with the orange.
- Blend 2 boiled oranges, eggs, dates, vanilla powder, baking powder and blend until smooth.
- Mix puree with almond meal.
- Spoon batter into cake tin.
- Bake 180 degrees C for 1.5 hours.
- Once cooked through, and cooled, flip cake so the orange slices are on top and dust with icing sugar.
