- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 125 grams Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix for approximately 2 minutes, or until combined.
- Pour mixture into a prepared cake tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- If using as muffin mixture, pour into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
